1.Where is your factory?Is it easy to get there?

Yes,very easy.We are in Hangzhou City,close to Hangzhou Airport and Shaoxing North Station.

2.How many workers do you have?

We have 2 factories.One is fabric factory,which has 180 weaving machines and 80 workers.The other is stitching factory,which has 20 stitching workers ready for your orders.

3.What’s your month capability?

Let’s take outdoor pillows for example.

It’s about 10×40HQ.

4.Can i customize the product fabric?How?

Yes,you can.We have weaving factory to support developing new fabrics.

You can provide us a fabric sample you prefer or a design,we will make an A4 size sample for you to confirm.This sample is made by hands,so it’s quite small and limited.

5.How do you do quality control?Any service after sales?

We have 3 times inspection.

1st,fabric cutting,we will remove the problem fabrics.

2nd,loose stitching,we will remove the problem covers.

3rd,packaging,we will remove the problem finished products.

We also provide massive production samples before deliver the goods.

We will provide replacement if there are problem goods delivered.But you will need to provide pictures and vedios for problem products.
