1.How many workers do you have?What is your month capability?
We have 2 factories,fabric weaving factory and stitching factory.
Weaving factory has 80 workers,180 weaving machines for polyester fabric and olefin.
Stitching factory has 20 stitching workers.
Take outdoor high back cushions for example.We can produce around 5-6 containers.
2.How do you do quality control?Any service after sales?
We have 3 times inspection.
1st,fabric cutting
2nd,loose thread
3rd,packaging
We will provide replacement if products have any quality problems.
3.If i can’t visit your factory,how can i know you are a real factory?
Please call me at any time you like when i am in office.
It’s better to use wechat for face-to-face talking.So i can show you around by phone.
4.Can i customize the product fabrics?How?
Yes,you can.We have weaving factory to support developing new fabrics.
You can provide us a fabric sample you prefer or a design,we will make an A4 size sample for you to confirm.This sample is made by hands,so it’s quite small and limited.
