We have 3 times inspection to avoid problem products. 

1st, cutting fabric, we remove problem fabrics

2nd, loose stitching, we remove problem covers

3rd, packaging, we remove problem finished products

We will provide replacements if problem products delivered to you. But before this, you will need to provide pictures and vedios. 

2. How many workers do you have? What’s your month capability? 

We have 2 factories. One is weaving factory, which has 80 workers and 180 weaving machines. 

The other is stitching factory, which has 20 stitching workers. 

Let’s take outdoor scatter pillows as an example. 

We can produce 10×40HQ every month. 

3. Where does your factory locate? Is it convenient to visit? 

Yes, very convenient. We are in Hangzhou, close to Hangzhou Airport and Shaoxing North Station.
