1.Can i have a sample before massive production? Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay? How to confirm the product size, color, material and other details? 

Yes, it’s our responsibility to provide a correct sample, and it’s free. I will take you pictures to confirm before sending. 

If you only need a sample, we will also provide a free sample, but the shipping freight will be on your side. This cost will go back to you once you place order. 

2.When can i get this sample? What is the lead time for samples? 

If the product is in our range, it may takes 2-3 days to produce. 

If it’s not, totally new for us, it may takes 3-5 days to produce. 

3.How can i get the sample? 

We will deliver by DHL. It’s expensive, but it’s quick and safe.
